Alert! is a quarterly newsletter funded by The LRF and focusing on human factors elements. Alert! and an associated web site www.he-alert.org describe and illustrate the human element within every aspect of the maritime industry, from equipment manufacturers to ship owners to naval architects to seafarers.
This particular issue of Alert! focuses on the role of human behaviour, specifically focusing on an accident which demonstrates how awareness and training is important to what constitutes an enclosed space and of the dangers of entering such spaces.
