This session will present an opportunity to bring together diverse set of actors to demonstrate value-chain approach to building resilience, in line with one of the 5 pillars of Ocean Agenda and High-Level Champions Maritime Breakthroughs (launched at COP27). It will discuss how ports are changing/need to change to accommodate new fuels, decarbonisation and the skills needed to support that from the local communities (building holistic resilience).
