Open call inviting PhD proposals from universities worldwide
NSIRC is pleased to announce the launch of an open call to universities around the world for PhDs it will fund in 2017. The call is being carried out in conjunction with the Foundation, one of the founder sponsors.
This call is inviting two types of proposals addressing specific industrial challenges:
- structural integrity and systems performance: advancing the state of the art to maximise safety
- additive manufacturing: qualification of technology
The submitted applications will be reviewed by industry experts, and successful proposals will be offered funding towards a PhD studentship.
