Adam Parnell, Director (Maritime), Confidential Human Factors Incident Reporting Programme (CHIRP)
Adam is a professional mariner and has experience from a range of multi-disciplinary roles in the defence, private industry and public sectors. Adam has worked in the UK’s Joint Force Headquarters (working on defence diplomacy, working alongside the Iraqi Department of Defence and the United Nations in Sudan), the Ministry of Defence, London and ran the Tor Bay Harbour - England’s largest fishing port. In all roles, the identification of hazards and risks has been vital and makes Adam very well placed in his role as CHIRP’s Director (Maritime).
