Marina Wyatt

Marina was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Lloyd’s Register Group Limited and a Trustee of Lloyd’s Register Foundation in January 2023, and Chair of each of the Lloyd’s Register Group Audit and Risk Committee and the Lloyd’s Register Foundation Audit, Risk and Investment Committee from that date.

Marina has more than 25 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer of UBM Plc, TomTom NV, Colt Telecom Plc and Psion Plc. Most recently Marina was the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of the Board of Associated British Ports.

With effect from 1 October 2025, Marina was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of United Utilities Group PLC and as a member of the Nomination, Audit and Treasury Committees.  Marina is also a Trustee of The Woodland Trust.  She previously served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Renewi PLC and as a member of the Supervisory Board at Lucas Bols BV.  Marina is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds an MA in Geography from Cambridge University.
