Shane Addicoat

Shane joined Lloyd’s Register Foundation in 2021 and works within the operations team as a grant’s coordinator. His main responsibilities involve the Foundation’s small grants programmes; however, his day-to-day work is varied, as he works across the Foundation's grants portfolio supporting team members and Foundation colleagues. An important part of his role is to organise the quarterly Grants and Charitable Activities Committee meeting which provides oversight to the Foundations good work.

He focuses on delivering exceptional service to our grant holders, organisational colleagues and other stakeholders and achieve this by being proficient and knowledgeable in process, subject matter and effective communication.
