The Alan Turing Institute is the UK's national institute for data science and artificial intelligence.
Following recommendations from Lloyd’s Register Foundation’s 2014 Foresight Review of Big Data, we co-founded the Data Centric Engineering Programme with The Alan Turing Institute, a multi-million-pound partnership helping ensure that the safety of people stays at the heart of advances in data-centric engineering.
The Data Centric Engineering programme has worked with some of the world’s leading academic institutions and over 30 major industrial partners from across the engineering sector, including NATS, Rolls-Royce and the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC).
Researchers from the programme have also produced papers in over 400 scientific publications, delivering and supporting more than 100 projects, and securing several international agreements, from Finland to Australia.
