About Alex

Alex joined Lloyd's Register Foundation in August 2021, from the Victoria and Albert Museum in South Kensington, London where he was Director of Commercial, Digital and Exhibitions.

He was responsible for transforming the V&A website, as well as for a string of the most successful exhibitions in the museum’s history, including Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty, Pink Floyd: Their Mortal Remains and Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams. Prior to that he was a entrepreneur in the early days of social media, founding, growing and selling software business. Before that he had a successful career as a publisher of books, magazines and national newspapers.
