Based on data from our 2021 World Risk Poll report 'A Resilient World?', this infographic illustrates how long people across different age groups and countries could meet their basic needs if they lost all their income. This measure of financial resilience is an important component of the World Risk Poll Resilience Index, which measures how well countries around the world can cope with and adapt to shocks, including disasters related to climate change and natural hazards. The infographic was created in collaboration with Visual Capitalist as part of a four-part series accompanying our 2021 World Risk Poll reports.
